The e-shop is intended for ordering and making purchase contracts for supplying milling cutters produced by ZPS-FRÉZOVACÍ NÁSTROJE a. s. Access to the system requires registration of the customer here.

 

Order reception is confirmed immediately. Confirmation of reception of an order does not represent acceptance of a proposal of contract.

 

If the ordered goods are in stock, confirmation of the order that is acceptance of the proposal – conclusion of the contract will be sent to the customer through e-mail.

 

In the other cases, a proposal with respect to the order that is based on real possibilities of the manufacturer for delivery of the required milling cutters is sent to the customer; acceptance of such proposal should be sent back to ZPS-FRÉZOVACÍ NÁSTROJE a.s. without undue delay for effective conclusion of the contract. Electronic business communication without necessity to authorize the contents with electronic signature, unless any of the parties requires such authorization, is sufficient for making the contract effective. Any of the contracting parties may condition effectiveness of the contract agreed upon through electronic business communication by a written form.

 

An order can be cancelled by the moment of conclusion of the contract.

 

Prices of the products are quoted excluding value added tax required by law.

 

In case of purchase through an invoice, standard maturity period is 14 days.

Potential lockout or a change of some provisions of general business conditions require a written agreement of the parties. Other forms of contract concluding remain unaffected. The goods are supplied with reservation of ownership until it is paid fully.
