E-SHOP - TOOLS / Method of milling cutter coding and ordering
The numerical code consists of a basic code (CODE) – it includes 6 numerals. A shortened code is printed in the heading of each catalogue sheet and consists of 4 to 5 numerals. The numerical code contains no more than 13 numerals (e.g. in case of disk milling cutters).

Example:
Plain face milling cutter with diameter of 16 mm with a cylindrical shank, coarse-tooth type, with smooth cutting edge on the periphery, face cutting edge across the centre (asymmetrical) with smooth shank made of HSS Co8 material is identified as follows:
